Moorfeed Drive Units:
Whether for a 3” bowl, a 54” bowl, or a 7-foot linear shaker, we custom design drive units to retrofit existing systems, replace outdated equipment, or filling the gap from your existing suppliers. With over 60 years’ experience with vibratory feeding equipment we understand the science of good vibrations.
Standard Drive Units:
Building vibratory feeder bowls since the 1960's we have learned a few things along the way on how to make them shake. Moorfeed drive units are based on tried, true, and field-tested designs, we do not cut corners to save a buck, our drives are built to last.
With our new updated bolt together design, Moorfeed's standard drive units provide more flexibility with the ability to change rotation while only needing to replace the cross-arm, not the entire drive unit like you would with a welded unit.
Hazardous Location Drive Units:
Designed for harsh and explosive environments, our hazardous location drive units are sealed and pressurized to create positive pressure within the drive unit. When paired with a pressure sensor switch, this drive provides a safe feed system for locations where other drives can't. As with our standard drives hazard location drives are rotation reversible.
Medical Drives:
Specifically designed for medical, pharmaceutical, and food applications, Moorfeed's Medical drives provide a modular, clean, and adaptable package of a drive unit for any application. Comprised of Electroless nickel plated and stainless-steel components this drive is not only rotation reversible like our standard drives but also has a modular weight system that allows counterweights within the drive to be added or removed to accommodate a wider range of bowl sizes.
The Grizzly Drive:
Standing at over 32" tall, this monster was designed to feed the beefiest of parts. Combined with our 54" cascade style bowl, this system is purpose built to feed large heavy castings and forgings. With a coil that weighs in at 100 pounds and a mass that is 6 inches thick, this unit is meant to drive.
Our drives are proudly built in Indiana by Americans. ![]()
